Fragments de Scène est un projet réalisé par Martin Foucaut, Adrien Jacquemet (graphiste/illustrateur/plasticien) et Alexandre Esteves (designer objet/espace) en réponse l'appel d'offre "Habiter le Théâtre" lancé par le Théâtre National d'Orléans. L'objectif de cet appel était de générer des propositions scénographiques dans l'espace du théâtre et/ou de la ville, ayant vocation à engager un rapport nouveau avec le monde du spectacle vivant.
Ils proposent des “fragments de scènes”, faisant signe à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du théâtre. Ils sont des lieux d’attente, d’échange, mais aussi propices aux activités de rue. Ces fragments sont suggérés par des surfaces polygonales jaunes créant un contraste fort avec l’environnement urbain. Dans un premier temps, ces fragments font signe dans le théâtre, puis se propagent et se greffent dans l’espace de la ville d’Orléans.
Au théâtre, les formes de ces fragments constituent une installation sonore. Une " scène " dans laquelle seront diffusées de manière simultanée et spatialisée, les ambiances sonores capturées sur les fragments de scène situés dans la ville d’Orléans. Cette installation établit une connexion singulière entre le théâtre et son environnement. Elle invite les spectateurs, passagers et visiteurs à vivre une déambulation sonore dans des espaces distants.

Scene fragments is a project realised by Martin Foucaut, Adrien Jacquemet and Alexandre Esteves for the invitation to tender "Habiter le Théâtre", initiated by the National Theater of Orléans and wishing to generate graphic and plastic scenographic space projects, an intervention at the scale of the theater and the city...
From this request, they proposed showing fragments of scenes spread inside and outside the theatre. These are waiting and exchange areas, but they are also favourable for street activities (dance, skateboarding, artistic and musical performances). These fragments are suggested by yellow polygonal surfaces which make a stark contrast with the environment. Yellow evokes a demarcation, a particular zone, possibly ephemeral. Within this zone, the condition of every element changes and becomes part of the decor.
First, these fragments indicate inside the theatre, second they spread and join the urban space. In the theatre, the shapes of the fragments make up a sound installation. Sound ambiences caught on the fragments of stages situated in Orléans, are broadcast simultaneously and set up in the space. This installation establishes a singular link between the theatre and its environment. It urges spectators, passers-by and visitors to experience a sound walkabout in distant spaces.
